Hey friends!
I just wanted to fill in everyone with what we have been up to in the last little while ( and what we will be doing in the next few months ).
This Sunday we will be heading into Mushroom studios to record the final drum takes for our next full length album. We are all very excited for the drop of this album as it will be an updated version of the music we've been writing in the past year.
It promises to be a little more up-beat and forward then the last album, but remain very much in the style we have been working to create called WFS.
Stay tuned for studio updates, pics, blogs, video's, artwork and of course... the next album!

Event location: The Railway Club 579 Dunsmuir Street
Tuesday August 2nd will host a night of music ranging from Acoustic rock to party rock down at the Railway Club.

...The lineup of bands ( in order of appearance ) is as follows...
***The Velvet Chameleon ( Vancouver Alt/Phsych Rock )***
Wesley and Marcus met in high school in 1947. Then they rode on a dragon to outer space, where they met Adarsh. The trio have been working at Superstore ever since, where they report to floor manager Justin. We take bribes.

Live on Brighton are your staple ‘party rock’ band who’s simple motto is to be “playing good music to good people with good friends” and it is with this endearing trait that the charm of this three piece prevails.

Waiting For Sunday has a sound that echoes of their primary influences, City and the Colour, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Modest Mouse. If that sounds like an unlikely core for a band to model its sound on, then The Courage… is bound to be a sonic pleasure to many in the Vancouver scene.
